Chicken and Bacon Risotto
Ingredients 30ml Olive oil225g skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2,5 cm cubes - or something like that 1 onion, finely chopped 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped 450g/2 and a half cups of risotto rice.
